We can help you reach you weight loss goal in our gyms. Our 6 gyms across Sheffield are packed full of high quality cardio and resistance machines, free weights and functional training zones. 

But our gyms are about more than just the kit. We believe motivation is key! We pride ourselves on giving our members the help, support and motivation they need to reach their own personal goal.

Our gyms offer a friendly and welcoming environment and to take away the ‘fear factor’ of using a gym for the first time one of our fitness instructors will be with you on your first visit to show you around, help you become familiar with how to use the kit so you feel more confident.

Swim

Swimming is a great way to drop the pounds and get fit and healthy. It’ll get your heart and lungs working hard giving you an excellent cardio workout and the calories burned when taking a swim can help achieve your weight loss goals.

We’ve pools at 5 of our venues with a fantastic programme of swim sessions, you’re sure to find a session right for you. Plus, if you fancy something different from swimming laps, or feel a bit self-conscious by yourself, try one of our group classes such as Aqua Aerobics or Swimfit to help improve your swim technique.
