Our gyms offer a friendly and welcoming environment and to take away the ‘fear factor’ of using a gym for the first time one of our fitness instructors will be with you on your first visit to show you around, help you become familiar with how to use the kit so you feel more confident.
Swimming is a fully body exercise that will help tone all the major muscle groups as with every kick, push and pull you make you’re working against the water making it a great resistance workout.
We’ve loads of swim sessions on offer in our pool programmes at 5 of our centres. If you need some extra motivation to get you in the pool our Aqua Zumba and Aqua Aerobics classes taught by our friendly instructors offer a fun alternative.
