I was struggling to lose weight after having a baby 18 months ago and wanted to fit into my old clothes again and to feel healthier. I have used the gym before but was never really sure which exercises were best for weight loss. I also needed help planning exercises to do at home as I can't always get to the gym due to childcare.
Nichola has been brilliant at keeping me motivated with my exercising and also giving good advice about diet and nutrition too. She planned out a home exercise regime to do when I can't make it to the gym. She is easy to get on with and has taught me to use a lot of equipment in the gym I wouldn't have felt confident to try on my own in the past so now I get a lot more out of my sessions when I go.
I now have an exercise regime that fits more easily into my slightly hectic life balancing work and toddler. I actually cried today when I tried on my old jeans and they fit...in fact they are a little loose so looks like I will need to buy some new clothes after all!
Having a trainer like Nichola makes a massive difference. Without her I'd have probably lost interest in the gym and stopped going by now, like I have so many times before!
She keeps me motivated, adjusts your fitness program to suit your goals and ability and keeps an eye on your diet and nutrition to make sure you’re not cheating.

I initially needed some guidance and motivation and felt that a personal trainer would be able to assist me in this. Meeting Nichola immediately put me at ease and felt that I had someone who had the knowledge and enthusiasm to guide me but more importantly motivate me to persist with exercising.

I needed motivation and help to get back in shape and lose weight. Nichola is very understanding and good at boosting moral, listening and giving advice about weight loss, eating habits and fat loss. She never missed a session and was always on time. I learned a lot about muscle building and the different exercises to achieve where I wanted to lose the fat.
