Hi, I'm Andy… a level 3 Personal Trainer with Fitness Unlimited. My aim is to help you reach your fitness goals and be more confident about your body and health.
I have been training for over 8 years now and always wanted to follow a career in Personal Training since I started going to the gym. Over the last year, I've broadened my skills and knowledge by attending an additional Level 3 in Sports Therapy, alongside conducting a variety of external research. This has all helped me along my fitness journey and is experience I can transfer to my clients to help them achieve their goals!
The main factor to my job is seeing how well my clients develop throughout their journey, both physically and mentally… and of course, the end result! Knowing I’ve assisted them, giving them that push they needed, only motivates me further to continue developing and delivering the service I do provide. My clients will always receive the best training suited to their individual needs and aspirations.
As a Personal Trainer, I'll go through your personal goals with you and will always be on-hand to guide you through your training and give you the motivation to keep you going. I am always available to give advice on training methods, nutrition and lifestyle choices. My main forms of contact are mobile, email and social media.
Your programmes will be frequently updated to suit your needs, ability and desire maintaining realistic but challenging goals. I will be there every step of the way.
I have been training with Andrew for just over a month now and while I have tried trainers before none had managed to help me achieve my goals and be motivated to keep it up. I now do everything I can to protect the one evening a week that I train. I signed up to improve overall fitness and tone up. The result is that I have dropped a clothes size, i am more confident when on a beach, friends have commented on how toned I seem to be and thanks to Andrews introduction of boxing, it's a great way to de-stress!I would thoroughly recommend Andrew. Whatever your goals are he will listen and identify how to help you reach them - for me the evidence speaks for itself and, much to my surprise, I really enjoy the sessions.
I finally bit the bullet and decided it was time to get fit, loose weight and tone up, so I joined a gym and was introduced to Andy who could offer personal training sessions. I had a taster session and chatted with Andy about what I wanted to achieve and liked what I heard and booked my first session. I have been training for 4 weeks and each session is different, fun, and hard work...at times I wanted to give up but Andy kept me going and pushed me to what I could achieve. Andy has introduced me to things ive not done before, insanity, circuits & flipping tyres! Since doing these sessions I have dropped the dress size I wanted and I feel so much better in myself and feel my fitness improving. We have set my next goal and I know with Andy I will achieve this, he has also given me a diet plan and advice on my nutrition.
I would highly recommend Andy, he is passionate about his work and his clients, if you struggle he always encourages you to keep going and not give up. Each session is different and enjoyable even if you hurt afterwards. I can't believe the difference in 4 weeks how my body shape has changed and I look forward to seeing what I look like in the next 4 weeks.
I have just completed a 6 week cycle with Andy, my goals were to become stronger and tone up. Andy has helped me so much, always encouraging and supporting me! He is so lovely and never makes you feel uneasy. He helps me to stay motivated by showing me new routines and advises me on things to eat. I feel I have made such a progress in such a short space of time and now feel confident going to the gym alone, something I didn't feel before! A workout in the gym is always a tough one with him but leaves you feeling amazing! Even though I have learnt so much with him, I have just started my next lot of sessions and look forward to further strength and progress. I used to hate the thought of the gym and now I look forward to it! If you're looking to change your body and work hard I would definitely recommend Andy.
It's has been a couple of years since I have been in the gym, being motivated to go was hard especially after work, but I finally went and was determined to get fit and lose weight. My first day back Andrew came over and asked if I would like to try a personal training session and I thought yeah and see what it's like If I don't like it no harm done, well to my surprise I loved it, doing exercises I hadn't done before, circuit training, and feeling great doing it. I have had 8 sessions with Andy now, every session is different and enjoyable, yes it hurts and you ache next day but that shows you are improving, I am so pleased I said yes to give it a go. he is fantastic at what he does, my stamina is getting better and I have lost a stone in weight since I started with Andrew. he has pushed me but it's what I want to achieve my goals I can't thank him enough and would recommend him to anyone.
I have been having Personal Training with Andrew on a Monday and Thursday for 45 minutes at a time when he was at his last gym. I have lost over 10lbs in 5 weeks, I feel really great about myself and my figure and would thoroughly recommend this to anyone, male or female, fit or unfit, he is great. He has different ways to train and makes a person work hard to reach there goals.I do recommend Andrew as a personal trainer as he is really friendly and a really good person to get along with.
