About Chris.

Everyone has their own fitness journey, full of fluctuations and changes. I, myself, understand and have experienced that every journey has many highs and lows and plenty of roadblocks along the way, but with the right tools and expertise, we can give you the best path to achieving both short term and long-term fitness goals.

I have an extensive background in Sports Performance and training. I completed a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Performance Nutrition and Sports Science from St. Mary's University, London, followed by a Master's Degree with Distinction in Performance Physiology from the University of Kent. I am also an AFN Associate Registered Nutritionist (Licence No: 11901), Registered Exercise Professional (Licence No: R0177363) and a United Kingdom Anti-Doping Accredited Advisor. 

My background in science means I have an incredibly high level of knowledge and understanding around anatomy and physiology, as well as a deeper understanding of training methods and principles. This allows me to utilise the latest in Scientific and technological advancements in training from the highest level and transfer those to an easy to use, palatable and understandable format in everyday training. 

With a proven track record working with and designing evidence-based programmes for athletes in British Athletics and British Triathlon, as well as experience in Personal Training in everyday training settings, I have no doubt that I will be able to use this expertise to help guide all fitness levels to achieving your training goals.
