Our 6 gyms across Sheffield are packed full of high quality cardio and resistance machines, free weights and functional training zones. 

But our gyms are about more than just the kit. We believe motivation is key! We pride ourselves on giving our members the help, support and motivation they need to reach their own personal goal.

Our gyms offer a friendly and welcoming environment and to take away the ‘fear factor’ of using a gym for the first time one of our fitness instructors will be with you on your first visit to show you around, help you become familiar with how to use the kit so you feel more confident.

Swimming has many health benefits with regular swimming proven to reduce chances of heart diseases, stroke and type-2 diabetes. It can help you build your strength, keep you fit and healthy and it’s a great way to relax and unwind. Taking a dip in the pool can help to release tension, manage stress and boost your energy levels.

We’ve pools at 5 of our venues with a fantastic programme of swim sessions, you’re sure to find a session right for you. Plus, our group fitness classes such as Aqua Aerobics offer a fun class that is low impact making it gentler on your joints.
