Line dancing is a great way to have fun and keep fit. Don't worry if you've never danced before, moves are easy to follow and every dance taught is walked through step by step before it's danced.

You'll improve co-ordination and fitness levels and line dancing is a low intensity class with moves that cause less impact on the joints making it ideal for older adults, those just getting backing into fitness or are recovering from injury.
