	Lane & Leisure Swimming Lane Swimming is a great way to get into shape and improve your general fitness levels. Or for maximum fun and enjoyment try our Leisure Swimming sessions.


	As a member of Fitness Unlimited, you can swim as often as you like at any of our Lane or Leisure Sessions at the following venues: Ponds Forge International Sports Centre 50m Olympic Standard Swimming Pool offering Lane Swimming and Swimfit Sessions. Plus The Leisure Pool, with two 90m flumes, a lazy river, a toddler pool area and a wave machine! Hillsborough Leisure Centre Splash out at The Beach leisure pool complete with fully interactive pirate ship, slides, waves and flumes or enjoy a lane swim at The Rock Pool. Concord Sports Centre 25m & 12m Swimming Pools suitable for both lane and leisure swimming.
