Our expert instructors will take you on a 5 point induction journey resulting in a specific Health and Fitness programme for you which actually works! |

Modern life can be hectic at the best of times. Awaken your senses at 'free', our exclusive Health Spa offering an array of indulgent treats at an affordable price.
We offer two treatment rooms boasting a wide range of therapies, including six different types of massage, beauty treatments and an extensive range of alternative therapies. Both rooms are quiet, calm, relaxing and private so you can enjoy whichever treatment you choose.
The Sauna and Steam rooms are available for use by Fitness Unlimited members only. Treatments are available at an additional cost.
