Opening in June 2008! New 1250sq metre gym and spa area including reception, treatments rooms, sauna, steam room and relaxation area.
Our existing gym in main reception and the studio gym near the sports hall are open as usual during the refurbishment. |

Fitness Classes
It's an exciting time at Ponds Forge as we have now completed the first major phase of the refurbishment project. The 2 brand new, dedicated, semi sprung floor, air conditioned studios are now open, so if you haven't done so already come down ad take a look or even better take part in a class. |

50m Olympic Standard Swimming Pool - Lane Swimming provides a great low impact cardiovascular exercise, working almost every major muscle group in the body.
Surf City - The Leisure Pool has recently undergone a refurbishment, with two 90m flumes, a lazy river, a toddler pool area and a wave machine. |
