Finding time to exercise
For many people, a long day at work, looking after the children, completing household chores or even hitting the shops can be tiring in itself and all take up so much of our spare time. You might find it difficult to find free time for exercising, but its important to remember two things:
- Exercise doesn't have to take up too much time - just 30 minutes a day will sustain a basic level of fitness
- Exercise can be built into your day to day lifestyle - so eventually it becomes something that you just do and isn't seem as a chore.
