We all feel like a change every now and then, that's why Fitness Unlimited have developed Fitness Options, which are FREE for our members to experience in the gym and in the pool.

Our Fitness Option Packages are a great way to add variety to your routine:

Fitness Testing
To help set measureable goals, this assessment includes body measurements, weight, body fat percentage, blood pressure, resting pulse rate & flexibility

Health Profile / Programme
This session with a lifestyle consultant identifies what you want to achieve and develops a personal programme that is tailored to your specific goals.

Programme Motivation
Stay motivated & challenged throughout your programme with a session with a lifestyle consultant
Programme Walk Through
Go through your programme in detail with a lifestyle consultant to help maximise your results
Personal Technique Session
A one to one session focusing on a specific exercise techniques - includes Fab Abs, Core Body, Free Weights & Gym Circuits.
Coached Sessions
Improve your technique, speed and stamina, whatever your fitness level, at the Runltd Running Club & Swimfit Swimming Sessions

All Fitness Options are FREE to Fitness Unlimited members!

Each package is designed to show progression over time, so to get the most from these sessions, we'd reccomend that you use each one no more than once per month.
